Spacious 3 bedroom country cottage all to yourself
Situated just outside of the picturesque North Wales village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial, in an ANOB Glandwr Alyn is an ideal location for outdoor pursuits or a country getaway. For cyclists there are great road routes or if you are more of a mountain biker we are 15mins drive from Oneplanet Adventure. Offa’s Dyke path is a short walk from the cottage, alternatively the village's community pub & shop is a 15min walk. Birdwatchers love watching for Kingfishers on our deck which overlooks the river Alyn.

Llys Onnen is located near the village of Graianrhyd in North Wales. The cottage is set within 3 acres of land & is home to our Chickens. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. There’s ample parking including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point.

From this cottage you can relax and explore the North Wales Coast and Snowdonia, as well as take the opportunity to visit Liverpool and Manchester. More locally is a Farm Shop and The Plassey with boutique shops and a 9 hole golf course.

Charming Canalside Cottage
Our comfortable cottage has easy access into the heart of Chester. The garden gate opens onto the canal towpath with a ten minute stroll up to our local Cheshire Cat pub. Alternatively, stay in and snuggle up with the wood burner. On a fine day, turn left out of the back gate for a pleasant 35 minute walk, following the canal directly into the beautiful city of Chester. Maybe take a boat trip on the river Dee? Alternatively, Chester Zoo is just a 10 minute drive, continuing down the A41.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe
This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

The Cottage at The Hare, Farndon Chester
The Cottage at The Hare is a handsome Victorian workman's cottage and has been beautifully restored with a kitchen/diner, lounge, utility room and two en-suite bedrooms and reserved parking for two cars. You couldn’t call it a country cottage, it is, after all, in the pub car park but it is in the heart of the village of Farndon, a conservation area with lovely walks along the river Dee and over the water meadows, with easy travel distance to Chester, Wrexham and Liverpool.
