An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Perfect location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely easy access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
