Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Wrightsville Beach

Not to overuse the word awesome, but awesome place, awesome location, awesome price. The beach was a very short drive straight down the main road. After a day in an active beach scene, particularly Thu-Sat, it was refreshing to come back to this beautiful home in this chill community. Everything was as described and as pictured. Thanks Tony!

The house was amazing—beautifully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. Everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully put together. The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet area but just a short drive to anything we wanted to do. The host was also incredibly responsive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay again!

Really glad we found this house for our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was so nice to have for our dogs and they loved having a place to run around. The beds were really comfortable and everything was super clean! We loved the location - quiet street but still a quick drive to anything we needed. Bonus points for being SO close to the arboretum. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

The beachfront location was amazing. We really enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and the deck. The house is small, but if you intend to spend most of your time outside, it's perfect. The house shows it's age in a few areas, but this didn't affect our stay. The A/C kept it nice and cool during some hot humid days. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, watching a storm roll in, hanging out in the evenings, and most importantly private beach access! Most of the surf city shops and restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away. Overall, this was a great spot for a relaxing stay at the beach. We would book it again.

We enjoyed our stay! Great access to the beach and we really appreciated all of the amenities and details. The house is quite close to the boardwalk area so super convenient to shops and restaurants, but that also means you can hear the music at night until 12pm. Just something to be aware of if you have kiddos but they did provide sound machines which was a nice! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Exactly what we were looking for. Small enough to be comfortable for 2 people and our dog. We don't need a McMansion, like everyone seems to be putting up. We loved it! Our dog leashed up, loved her covered, shaded and breezy deck and a short walk to the beach. She is senior now running is no longer on her itinerary. She is a lounger and we needed shade and a breeze for her. The furniture is very tasteful, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, bath towels fresh, kitchen had everything we needed to cook some local food. Nice pots n pans, etc. My husband, not our travel planner was already looking to re-book to come back. That never happens. We found several dog friendly places to try out, just enough to get you out for a bit and get back to your ocean view rental to enjoy it!! There are a few local fish places for fresh seafood. OI is a quaint and family oriented location and just what we were looking for to enjoy the beach with our dog. This unit is a gem!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Wilmington. It’s just a short walk to the Riverwalk and waterfront boardwalk, yet tucked far enough away to feel private and peaceful. The area is great for walking, and there were plenty of spots nearby to take our dog. The home was spotless and exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Aaron was a great host with clear communication, and the check-in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to the action in Wilmington while still enjoying some quiet and pet-friendly space!

Great location. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

We loved our stay and Jeanna was very responsive throughout the stay if we needed her. The place was very cozy and clean! It was walking distance to a public entry way to the beach, the boardwalk, stores, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay again! 10/10!

This place was nice, and the pool was pretty great. Having two balconies was really useful. There were some minor annoyances, but nothing that the host would really have control over, so I can't ding them for anything.

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

this place was everything that we had hoped it would be. only complaint is we are not pet people and this place obviously was very pet friendly. the host is amazing with responding to every request politely and timely. we will definitely be staying with them again especially if they have a no pets property.

Perfect space for a beach getaway!

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks exactly like the pics. Nice comfortable beds with great quality linens. Plenty of hot water for the four of us. We didn’t cook, but plenty of kitchen ware if you want to. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. Others have commented on noise. I’m a light sleeper and was never bothered. Beach is very short walk. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

This is an incredibly beautiful home overlooking the intracoastal, tucked back on a dirt road and surrounded by nature. The breeze was constant and wonderful since it was so stinking hot while we visited. The home also had great AC and as long as you left the bedroom doors open at night with the fans on, the bedrooms also stayed cool. The sitting area outside on the deck and over by the fire pit is where we spent every evening. We took Betsy's SUP boards out a couple of times and got to see the sun come up from the water. It's very quiet, peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach (if there isn't any traffic). Betsy was super nice and responsive to anything we asked about. We would love to stay here again.

This is our new favorite place to stay on the NC coast! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with our family and dogs - total 5 star experience!!

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

Great beach stay with my son & our dog! Clean and comfortable stay, really enjoyed hanging out on both balconies. Pool was nice and never crowded and beach was less than 3 minute walk away! We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice family stay & hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful it’s tucked away just outside of Wrightsville. You won’t really be able to walk to the beach but an Uber or if you wanted to drive those are two good options. The restaurants around Mike’s places are pretty good typical seafood places at the beach. I really enjoyed the private nature of where it is set back from the road and there’s a full lawn in front of the place. It is a bit small, but it is aall you need for a beach vacation for 2 to 4 people.
