Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

A beautiful self contained Annexe attached to the Victorian Old Upper Chine School House. Based in Shanklin Old Village with its thatched roof pubs, restaurants, shops and beach a short walk. The new Mead View Annnexe has light and airy living space with lounge/kitchen/separate w/c shower, upstairs bedroom accessed by spiral staircase. French doors downstairs lead to a private patio. The upstairs bedroom also has French doors. DISCOUNTED FERRY TICKETS available on booking on selected routes.

A small adjacent garden area is the ideal place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa's incredible Airbnb! Louisa was an exceptionally kind and responsive host, always ready to help and ensure we were comfortable, which truly made a difference in our experience. The interior decor and views from the place was stunning - beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

this Holiday annex, is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, owners give you complete privacy, but answer any queries immediately, they provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk, water to get you started. there is a toaster, kettle coffee machine. crockery, and cutlery. Michelle does all washing up for you everyday. plenty of parking on drive. I believe there is complimentary homemade shortbread, which unfortunately I had to decline because of dietary allergies. but other reviews rate it very highly. I spent a week on the island and felt very relaxed and comfortable at this property. thank you M &N

What a fab little place this is! Perfect for our half term break on the beautiful Isle of Wight. It is an annexe at the rear with a lovely garden yet also a gorgeous balcony at the front with sea view. It is cleverly designed to have everything you could want without feeling at all squashed. Host was absolutely lovely, so kind. It’s a few mins drive into Ventnor and pretty much everywhere else on the Island is reachable with 30 mins drive or less. Highly recommended

We loved staying at Steve's place and we'll probably be back. We did everything on foot despite my bad back, really enjoyed the area and the view from the flat is lovely. Flat had everything we needed too and the bed was comfortable.

This is a lovely place right on the sea front at Ventnor. We were able to park the car in front of the house and we were literally on the esplanade. Lots of places to eat and local amenities as well. The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We would definitely look to stay again in the future.
