Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Wohnen im Denkmal mit Störchen! Sie mieten ein ganzes Haus mit ca. 175 qm Wohnfläche und 400 qm Garten. Das Storchendorf Rühstädt in der Prignitz lädt ein zu Wandern, Fahrradfahren, Entspannen, Tiere beobachten. Der so genannte Kossätenhof ist das einzige denkmalgeschützte private Gebäude in Rühstädt mit Wohnhaus, ehemaligen Ställen und Scheune. Auf der Scheune nisten aktuell (Juni 2026) 2 Storchenpaare mit 5 Jungstörchen! Orte mit historischen Stadtzentren wie Perleberg sind gut zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs.
