This gem is located 1.5 km (25 min walk) away from the downtown area yet central to the residential Geestemunde neighbourhood with all commodities a short walk away. The top floor balcony offers a view on the lively bi-weekly market place. Completely equipped for longer stays, a week long business trip or just a perfect weekend get away. Kids and dogs can play in the nearby parks. The space is fully equipped for babies to toddler.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

The renovated 54 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with conservatory and terrace invites you to relax and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has been completely renovated. The garden is for shared use. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Midlum, einen Ortsteil der Gemeinde Wurster Nordseeküste. Etwa 800m vom Ortskern ist in den 50er Jahren die Alte Siedlung mit 14 Häusern entstanden. Die Unterkunft ist im 1.OG und hat 74m². Durch die Zentrale Lage zwischen Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) und der Nähe zur Küste, z.B. Dorum Neufeld (9 km) ist die FeWo der ideale Ausganspunkt für alle Tagesausflügler.
