The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town of Volga, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot is the old port with museum ship, fishing cart, canoe station, shipyard, berths, boat rental and a boat equipment provider. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

Our cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Each with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is practically equipped with everything you need. In the large shower room, there is a sauna that guests can use for an extra charge (electricity). The apartment also has its own terrace with seating and dining area and grill. The apartment is in the basement of the house but is bright and friendly. Separate access via the guest terrace.

WLAN with two networks each around 20 MB/s. Watch Netflix and Amazon Prime with 4K TV. Registration forms for the tourist tax are available. Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance.
