Holiday rentals with a patio in Wyandotte County

The place was very clean and matched the pictures. He responded when I had a couple questions and it was a perfect stay!!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there for 3 days. The place was clean, and the master bed was comfortable. We did have 2 separate incidents of neighbors arguing (in their own homes, loudly, using profanity). One time was especially concerning. However, it did not stop us from feeling safe enough to be outstide in the dark. In the daytime we saw elderly people walking pets. We did use the laundry room once. This section doesn't allow me to type the full description of our experience. I needed to do our laundry at night, so I had either my adult son or husband accompany me. It's not a nice laundry room, and it didn't feel safe to me, but we actually had no problems using it and feeling safe enough. Renters need to know this and just be prepared. I really appreciated that it was available for free for us. This place worked well for our family to go see my son at KCAI. Michelle did an excellent job making the place homey.

Reasonably priced for a quick get away Walkable ability score 10 out of 10 to downtown. Nice community. Host was 10 out of 10. Lodging quality is cute and enough for a get away stay. Close to the main drag.

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent home base to explore Kansas City. The apartment is spacious, private, easy to get to, and comfortable. Kellie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Jess’ place was just as described. It’s nice for a group of friends or family. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and next to a park. It’s a perfect location, being a short drive into the city for bars/food/etc. Would recommend this place!

My Mother and my 4 sisters celebrated one of my sister’s 50th birthday. Kristina’s place in many ways reminded us of our childhood home. We used every space of the home and filled it with memories and lots of laughter. Perfect!

Greg’s place was fantastic, one of the nicest Air bnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Communication was practically instantaneous for any questions or clarifications we needed. The place is literally spotless, the neighborhood was nice, the location convenient to everything you want to do in the KC area. If we ever come back to Kansas City, we would 100% stay there again. I wish we could give it more stars!

We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We loved the patio out back and enjoyed some dinners there. It was very family friendly; our kids loved the toys they had and the close parks nearby. Tiffany gave some suggestions of places to check out and was overall great with communication. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

The home was great.... It was old, but it was great..... Plenty of room for us.... Plenty of privacy... I love old homes, so her place made it great... Easy access to all over Kansas City.... Very easy check in, great communication, great location, very clean, great water pressure in shower and bathtub, fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a great 4 night stay.. We needed a place to stay during a holiday week. We choose this place due to the per friendly, comfortable bed space and great outdoor space. It was fantastic with small touchs to keep our kids happy (popcorn in movie room), our pup happy and ease for us when traveling (dog bowls included). Would recommend the space to anyone!

The house is in a great location! Quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown activities. The house looked exactly like it was shown in pictures and was very clean and cozy.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.
