Beachfront holiday rental in Wyandotte

Good place to stay for our annual show trip Into town! Close to where we needed to be and good places to eat! The lake is beautiful and helps to relax after a long day. We loved watching the wild life too!

Location Location Location … just beautiful views of lake …private beach , comfy outdoor furniture , huge yard and very peaceful ! Dogs were in heaven as were we ! Great host ! We’ll be back for sure ! Thanks for letting us stay !

House has a nice layout. Kitchen layout good (sometimes 4 of us were working on there) Good selection of tea. Bedding and storage great. Bathroom was serviceable with storage and cool towel warmer. Dishes for four people but lots (12?) of mugs and glasses. Nice, friendly neighbors (on both sides) have dogs which our dogs found entertaining :) our dogs also enjoyed the back yard (nice grass and squirrels), walks in the neighborhood as well as visits to dog park nearby. We were charmed by the swans and their offspring up the street. Beautiful at sunrise and sunset. View across lake included a few houses but mostly wooded park. Peaceful. Would stay there again. Very convenient access to Kroger, Alex gourmet market, Home Depot, Stella’s (excellent restaurant) and charming Clarkston. I suggest bringing some throw blankets for the leather furniture.

This is a beautiful cottage!!! The space is perfect for spending time with family or friends. The beds are comfy and everything in the space was great. The only thing to note is that while it is on the water (in terms of beautiful view), the water isn't really accessible but there is a convenient beach near by! Such a beautiful place and we hope to return in the future!

Second time staying here. Loved both times! This time was for our Anniversary, and Jen went above and beyond to make it extra special. She and Rex are always friendly, and sweet people. The place is spotless, and well appointed. Will definitely come back again!

We had the best weekend there we will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone to go give it a try!

Cannot imagine a better lake house! Pristine, spacious, quiet, right on the water. The small adjacent beach was empty and totally accessible. Kitchen allowed us to cook/eat in both evenings. Either on the elevated deck watching the waves or at the large windows in the Wine Room! Literally lake views in most windows, I could watch the waves while fixing dinner in the kitchen. Private parking at the door. Easy drive to Amherstburg (Bucket List coffee--great!) and Kingsville (recommend visiting the Transportation Museum & Heritage Village). Sanford & Son grocery in Harrow, and Erie Shore winery nearby--both convenient & recommended. We really didn't have to bother the host because everything was set up for our convenience & easy access. Thank you so much Lisa et al. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

we absolutely loved out stay and our two toddlers are already asking when can we go back! Being closed to the beach, in a beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully prepared home made this visit just perfect. Thank you Jessica for giving us an amazing summer vacation in your home.

Another great stay! When the weather didnt co-operate we checked out the local wineries and had an amazing lunch at Coopers Hawk. Golfed at Kingsville Golf and Country Club that was just 5 minutes up the road. We had fun kayaking in the waves and campfires on the beach! Thanks again Jeff!

This place was really amazing. We got to spend a lot of quality time here. The furnitures and the decors definitely makes you feel wealthy. And we were fortunate enough to see the Sunset on & it was fabulous.

Scott and Mia’s walkout apartment is as advertised. The walkout was very clean and Scott and Mia responded very quickly to any questions. I plan to stay again very soon. Wonderful hosts.

What an excellent way to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the waterfront sights and sounds of nature. The cottage was exactly as advertised, spotless on arrival, and it was pure gold place to stay. I can not remember the last time that the was able to feel as relaxed as I did this week just listening to the waves and watching the multitudes of species of birds that came to see us. We will for sure be back!

This place is amazing!!! I know from reading reviews that others have stayed here, but we felt like we were the very first guests because everything still looks and feels brand new. This is actually our third time staying somewhere managed by Paul and DreamBNB, and we can't recommend them strongly enough. Their places are always spotless, beautifully appointed, and well stocked. From the moment of booking until checkout, they're incredibly responsive and helpful. Cedar Island is a truly unique, charming little community - only minutes from "downtown" Kingsville, but just separate enough to feel like you're staying somewhere secret and special. Having two areas for sitting outside - the full ground-level patio and the second-floor covered balcony - was particularly ideal as I'm a sun worshipper, but my husband prefers the shade! We will definitely stay here again.

This was definitely home away from home! The area was very peaceful with beautiful views, we had everything we needed and is perfect if you have children! Plenty to keep the kiddos busy and having fun while you enjoy your time too. It was hard to leave! 10/10 recommend staying here with family!

Emily was an amazing host and extremely responsive whenever we had a question! We loved using the kayaks, bonfire pit, outdoor patio, and grill! It was a quintessential Michigan summer retreat! The lake was beautiful, peaceful and private. The canal was a short distance from the main lake and we kayaked out to it daily! There were tons of chairs, games and supplies in the garage! The house had everything we needed (updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, and AC)! We brought out newborn baby and there was plenty of room in the primary bedroom for a pack and play :) would recommend!

Jemima's place offered a perfect retreat from the usual hustle and bustle. This well-maintained home is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized, with ample space to comfortably accommodate 2-3 families. The backyard transitions into a charming mini lakefront. Here, guests can relax on the bench or gather around the fireplace, enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks in a serene setting. While previous reviews mentioned train noise, I was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't an issue during our stay. We experienced peaceful sleep throughout our visit. The house's cleanliness, spaciousness, and tranquil lakefront setting make it an ideal getaway. I would definitely return given the opportunity and highly recommend it to others seeking a quiet, well-appointed retreat.
