Very helpful, beautiful location, peaceful, had a wonderful stay, didn’t want for anything. Lovely food in the surrounding pubs. Thank you for a great stay.

Great value option if you need to get into Oxford on the train. Pub on your doorstep and good local walks. Going outside to access the bathroom takes some getting used to and the need to plan ahead before going up to bed. Lovely garden with stunning views from the bedroom. Headroom in the bathroom is limited.

A gem of a place, and a gem of a host. Top notch all around. Will be my go-to in Notting Hill.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

We stayed for 1 night to attend Royal Ascot, we found it to be a very good location. Although at the side of Louise’s house was still private. Place was spacious and clean. Welcoming touches such as milk in the fridge. Would recommend.

This place is fabulous. We stayed during the 32 degrees heatwave. Sue had thoughtfully been in and put cool bedding on the beds, filled the fridge with bottles of ice cold sparkling water as well as milk, butter and eggs. This place is a high quality air bnb in beautiful countryside but with great access. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful gardens quaint cottage. Annex rustic and serviceable. Different pictures on line. Courtyard looked very different as did the funiture in the front room. The bathroom needs updating bit too rustic for me but thats my opinion. Very comfortable and outside is outstanding.

Light and spacious facing a quiet garden in a beautiful neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath. Local buses and walk to lovely Highgate village cafes and parks. Comfortable for working as well as relaxing in the garden. Very clean and modern.

This was delightful, perfectly situated near the river and near town too, Paddy was so helpful during our stay. The garden was so pretty and peaceful and we managed to make some lovely food there also, Elizabeth had thought of everything, we will be glad to come back ❤️

We had a lovely stay in Standlake. The air BnB had everything we needed and more, with lots of additional touches. The fans in every room were greatly appreciated in the warm weather, there was plenty of parking for all of us, and the use of the electric charging was really handy! It was well located and easy to find, and there was a lot of information available in the book. Simone was a wonderful host, very friendly and quick to respond to any queries.

A really comfortable and relaxing space for a simple night’s stay. Susan is a great host, responsive and helpful. Well-equipped accommodation and appreciated the tea, coffee and milk. Have stayed in the area a few times recently; wish we’d found this place earlier! Thanks for a wonderful stay; if we’re ever back in the area, this place will be top of our list.

While looking for Airbnb's in Flitwick, UK, it stood out for her description of property and the photos, along with the location, for our visiting friends. We did not have a car and Sally's was very walkable to their home and grocery. We felt very safe and very at home during our week stay. Anything you would possibly want/need, Sally had already provided. Comfortable beds, outside patio, beautiful flower garden and extremely pleasant hosts. If in the area again, would definitely go back. Thank you for a pleasant experience

I chose this place as an escape from my city-life engagements, so I loved the quiet; and the convenience of the location. It was my first time in St Albans, so there were lots to explore, most of them at walkable distance! Christina and her husband are lovely, helpful people; I enjoyed our conversations too. Her thoughtfully picked food/ snacks were perfect! (I mean, Horlicks and Prunes, who would have thought! 😍). I would totally stay with them again, if I get to come around again! I absolutely loved this Airbnb. Emma & James are the kindest, most genuine, lovely people. Extremely responsive to questions & peaceful setting with lovely walks (make sure you walk to the local manor, it is lovely). The annex is very modern, well decorated & a lovely oasis very near Oxford. I wrote a lot while here & found it was a perfect setting for that. At the same time, Beckley is in the vicinity of multiple great restaurants, farms, etc. Of course, the resident dog, Percy, is just adorable, my dog is truly going to miss him as will I. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay, just what was needed for a few days away. Very quiet area, very walkable to local shops and pubs. The Barn was immaculately presented and plenty of room for the 2 of us. The host Patrick had the place open and warm on arrival and was helpful upon checking out. Very quick to respond to messages. Overall very satisfied and would consider staying again. Would highly recommend
