Enjoy the garden and the view of the pond (you cannot access the pond, which is private). For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. 4 km from Belgium, 30 km from Dunkirk and the beach, 55 km from Lille, you can easily access many cultural sites and attractions. Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. Breakfast on request: 13 euros/person: to be booked before arrival

Let yourself be amazed by the nature, peace and quiet in the unique Meers Cabin, and all this in comfort. Wake up with a pristine wide view of the drowned meadows (Meersen) and fields; changing to the rhythm of the seasons. Enjoy the spectacle of the fluttering singing skylark, the happy chirping of swallows as night falls. Lie down on the jetty, get into the boat to just float on the natural pond. Nestled very close to the church and the emblematic square of Cassel, voted favorite village of the French. You will be close to restaurants (Michelin-starred restaurant), Flemish estaminets, quality shops, the Museum of Flanders.

This peaceful 150 m2 home is specially designed to provide a warm and welcoming experience. Well equipped and furnished, you will feel right at home. Bed linen and towels are provided. The house has been carefully decorated in a traditional style with modern touches. The two main bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the third has a low ceiling. The garden is peaceful, you can relax in peace.
