From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Studio One is a brand new apartment that adjoins the main house, situated in a rural village location but just 5 miles from the centre of the beautiful city of Norwich. On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, two well stocked village shops, chemist, pub and two takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich. The beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located

Hope Cottage, the perfect Norfolk getaway

July 12th - Aug 30th minimum 5 night stay between a weekend. Hope Cottage is in a small village outside of Wymondham and is well located for exploring Norfolk. The fine historic city of Norwich is 20 mins by car; the stunning Norfolk Broads 30 mins; and the coast due East is 45 mins. Well equipped kitchen diner; living room; downstairs WC; 3 comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. Enclosed rear garden, BBQ area for alfresco dining. There is a small playground and pub within walking distance

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

A lovely 11 mins walk to the heart of town. The Highlands Suite is a perfect spot to stay during a visit to the area. The residence is part of a successful bed and breakfast operating since Jan 2016.
