Location, location, location! This place is close to everything! Just down the street from the Wynwood walls, close to shops, and restaurants/coffee shops as close as a 2 minute walk. Lisandra and Sergio were amazing hosts! Very friendly, proactive, and accomodating. The space was great for my husband and I. Extremely clean, a cool arcade game in the living room, a cozy patio and balcony space. They even put little chocolates on the beds. Lots of attention to detail and overall a great find. We will definitely be returning. Worth every penny!

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed! It had everything needed for both short and extended stays. The location is ideal, with Buena Vista being a lovely area to walk around, and the proximity to the Design District made it very convenient. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would happily book again.

Such a wonderful home and host. The interior was beautifully decorated to match the art district vibe. Felt super comfortable and safe with the level of security that was also provided for the property (have to use a key to get through the spiked gate and then on top of that the door to the actual house required a passcode to get in)! Will definitely be residing with these hosts in the future.

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AND IT WAS PERFECT THE HOUSE IS EXCELLENT, QUITE AREA, GREAT PARKING, THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR ALL THE FAMILY. FOR SURE ITS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I'LL BE BACK SOON.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Great location! Love the fact that we could walk to restaurants, shops and more and this unit has easy access to the pool. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Miami.

Loved the place! Terrace is so huge. Nice and pretty calm swimming pool area, great sunsets. Apartment is comfortable for a big family or a group of friends. There were everything we needed and even more. Very big plus for a grill. Recommend!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable and the location is very convenient to go everywhere and walk. Near Winwood, the Design District, full of cafes, restaurants, supermarket in front and many businesses. The only suggestion I can make is to improve the lighting, at night it is not enough in the living room or in the bedroom and I would add a parasol and beach chairs, it would be a perfect plus to say that everything was spectacular.

The only issue we had was there was no seperate gate entry cards so we had to push the button for garage entry everytime we left and return. Not really an issue. Everything was fabulous. Very peaceful family environment. The views are extraordinary.

Christina’s place has everything you need for a weekend or an extended stay. It is in a great location that is walkable with lots to do in the area. It is convenient to get to Miami Beach and many of the area’s top spots. It was comfortable and felt like home for a long weekend. We would definitely stay here again.
