I loved staying here. It’s was the perfect little couples getaway. The jacuzzi tub was the best thing I’ve ever experienced and the water never turned cold! 😍The room was cozy and had homey, antique decorations. The bed quilt is a little scratchy and the bed was a little lack luster, but those don’t really impact how I feel about this place because we really enjoyed it. It’s about 15 minutes from town and down some windy roads, but we loved the adventurous rides. You can tell the owners value their space. I would 100% come back.

The house was very accommodating for a group such as ours consisting of 1/2 adults and 1/2 children. The grounds had many amenities, the interior was super comfortable and beautifully decorated; the fishing was fantastic, the grandchildren loved the fishing and rowing. Plenty of canoes, outdoor games, activities, etc. These memories will last them forever. The view from the upper deck was very beautiful, morning or late afternoon, it was very peaceful. A small quiet community of people surrounds this lake, there is one minor caveat for those sensitive to highway noise which is unfortunate for this community; But honestly, you could not hear it inside the house, only if one was outside and we learned to block it and move on. I was able to hear birds singing so it isn’t that of a deal unless you seek greater isolation. Hope this honest review is accepted constructively. All in all we had a lovely time. This place is amazing for vacation really peaceful and really beautiful house the house is big and comfortable it has everything you need for vacation the owner of the house is soo friendly and helpful thank you so much for letting us inside and would definitely recommend this to everyone it’s worth it the price and place definitely coming back again Thank you

Michael & Sarah’s place is fantastic! Right on the lake with every amenity you could want (French press, dishwasher, home theatre, BBQ, and fire pit to name a few) The place was comfortable and clean, in an extremely tranquil location, perfect for coffee or wine looking out over the lake from the porch or dock. This home had all of the little touches that make for an extremely comfortable stay (like wood and fire starters at the fire pit). Michael and Sarah are very warm, friendly and welcoming - we would recommend this place to anyone we know visiting the area!

Wow! This place was perfect for our mountain hiking adventure weekend. We chose it because it had ample space, a kitchen and was near several of the parks we had looked into but what we got was so much more. The instructions were meticulous like every other detail of the space and was easy to follow for us who are from out of town. The space gave us and our teen nephew plenty of space to prepare and rest around our 8-mile outstanding hike at Ricketts Glenn Park. We hiked past more than 30 breathtaking waterfalls. We prepared our breakfasts and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and slept like babies in the comfy bed. Each detail was considered, gently communicated and orderly. We are frequent travelers and this place stood out. We hope to be back soon.

Great place in walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Esther was very communicative and had everything stocked that one might need. Five Stars!!!

We loved our time here! Beautiful, spotless, and they had snacks and coffee available if we wanted them! For those concerned about the street noise, they provide individually packaged earplugs in the nightstand drawer - we didn’t need them, it didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommend this charming apartment!

We stayed at Chala’s place over the weekend. We fell in love with the place the minute we arrived. The unit was well equipped, great lay out, very quiet and very comfortable. Especially the bed and the pillows! I am always worried about the pillows and bring my own. Here I did not even used mine! Highly recommend the place! Location is very convenient and so pleasant in the peaceful neighborhood. We will certainly be back one day!

Great studio. Perfect for what we needed. I’m from the area originally and it’s a great/safe neighborhood. I had to make last minute arrangements to come to town for my dad’s funeral and we needed to bring our cat. It’s hard to find listings that allow pets so that was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. It was nicely decorated, clean. The check in/out instructions and rules for the space were all very clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.
