This house was originally a chicken coop! It was built in 1925 but was converted into a gorgeous, cozy guest house. We live in the larger house built on the front of the same lot. This single story house is ideal for comfort and security, with a large yard and plenty of privacy. It's also less than a block from the Silver Line bus route that whisks you to downtown GR. **Important to note: we are currently undergoing an exterior landscape renovation to be complete late Spring of 2026.** Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard.
