Tilio above Liwac

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

Ten gliniany dom zaczął swoje życie jako zwyczajna wiejska obora. W miejscu dzisiejszego salonu mieszkały kiedyś krowy, a w sypialni na dole - świnki:) W 2026 roku zakończyliśmy duży remont. Zachowaliśmy charakter domu i to, co w nim wyjątkowe: naturalne gliniane tynki, drewniane belki, starą cegłę i niepowtarzalny spokój miejsca, które od zawsze żyło blisko natury. Dodaliśmy do tego komfort współczesnego domu i tak stał się nowym, wyjątkowym punktem na mapie naturalnego budownictwa w Polsce.

Nadbużański Świt - a house on the Bug River

Our house is located on a charming plot in the village of Kamieńczyk, directly by the Bug River, which makes this place unique. Straight from the house you can go for a walk in nature, it is close to the store, inn, church, as well as two playgrounds for children. A walking path runs by the cottage towards the mouth of the Liwiec River to the Bug River and beaches. It is only a 700m walk through unique green areas and meadows. Liwiec is an ideal river for relaxing with children on the beach.

Lasownia consists of two houses (Sójka and Dzięcioł) on the very edge of the Biała Forest, so you can go for walks without getting into the car. Just put on your shoes and after a few steps you will be in the forest. Dom Dzięcioł offers an excellent view of the picturesque surroundings, and at the same time provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Woodpecker House is distinguished by red color accents, referring to the characteristic red plumage.

Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.

We invite you to our cottage located on the Bug River in the picturesque town of Gulczewo, just 50 km from Warsaw. It is the perfect place for families and friends who want to relax in nature. The cottage is equipped with comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Outside there is a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a relaxing hot tub. The area is full of greenery.
