Monthly Rentals in Xandrem Beach

Absolutely loved the place and highly recommend it! The house was exactly as described; located in a serene and very quiet village with a laid back vibe. It's on a large land with mango orchard to walk around and a lovely courtyard to hang out, exercise or play games with friends and family. Completely unpolluted environment with nature all around you; lots of fresh air; the only noise you hear is the birds chirping. It has a fully functional kitchen; fantastic for long stays, staycations or work-vacations. The only caveat - you need a vehicle to go around since the house is located in a very small village, not easily accessible by public transport. Having said that, it is only 5-10 min drive to serene South Goa beaches of Palolem, Patnem, Galjibag and Talpona with all their vibrancy, restaurants and commerical areas. You can easily switch from the serene house to a vibrant beach area in a few minutes drive. I am definitely coming here again for a longer stay.

one of the best stays I have ever been ..ms carmin is very responsive caring and did the needful even though it's a just an hour prior booking and gave us proper instructions over the call...and regarding the place it was well maintained neat and clean with all the amenities mentioned and kitchen materials for basic cooking and board games for entertainment purpose andas well as toys for the kids to play with .. overall it felt like a home🥰

Got the opportunity to stay at Anand's Airbnb. It was a quaint and cozy little place exactly as shown in pictures. The place is so well maintained and equipped with all the amenities you might need for the stay. So well thought out and our caretaker Rita is very helpful always there for any assistance. Anand is very easy to communicate and responds swiftly. Overall a great stay. 15 minutes walk to the beach. There are a few vegan cafe's nearby, Cafe Kashish, Cantine indienne - Tanjore cuisine. For anyone looking for a home away from home this has to be your go to! Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay.
