Holiday houses in Xinos

Fantastic experience at this location, the host were easy to communicate with and the rental was just as advertised, we had a wonderful time. They did little things that really stood out for us who travel the world a lot like having aluminum foil and Saran wrap, having Tupperware we could use and an ice pack in the freezer . We cook a lot when we travel and having a functioning kitchen is very important and they definitely had that. The gift of bananas and apples were quite tasty. there is even a nice chilled bottle of Chardonnay on the table waiting for us, but we don't drink. The dog and cats were very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect distance to the city and then away from all the noise. Don't forget to look for the sunset around evening time because it's quite beautiful. If we ever find ourselves on the west coast of Greece again you can believe that we will definitely rent from these guys again.

In dieser hochwertigen Villa waren wir für neun Nächte und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das recht neue Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Große Räume, eine Terasse mit tollem Meerblick und viel Ruhe. Man ist auf der Anhöhe komplett privat und kann die Ruhe genießen. Umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen wohnt man praktisch mitten in der Natur. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für den normalen Straßenfahrer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es vom Meer hoch zum Grundstück doch recht steil bergauf geht. Da aber praktisch kein Verkehr herrscht, kann man ganz entspannt und langsam hoch- bzw. runterfahren. In der Umgebung gibt es fantastische Strände (meisten mit Steinen) und nach Kalamata selbst fährt man ca. eine 1/2 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wer also Ruhe sucht und in einem modernen Haus mit viel Platz urlauben möchte, dem sei dieses Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen.

A big thank you to Kaisareira, Georgios, and Nikos for our wonderful stay at the Wood & Stone Guest House. They are very caring and generous hosts. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean, and furnished to a very high standard. The terrace and view were wonderful too, with newly installed outdoor seating which was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting there in the mornings and evenings and watching the sun rise and set over Kalamata. You do definitely need a car to reach the beach which, while very close, can only be accessed along a busy road with no path for walking. It was an easy drive into Kalamata where there are lots of free car parks within walking distance of the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to come back! Efharistó!

הייתה לנו שהייה מעולה במסיני הבית מצוייד היטב, נקי ונעים. הצ'ק אין והזמינות היו מעולים. הייתה חופשה מצויינת בהחלט נחזור

Η διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν η καλύτερη εμπειρία που έχω ζήσει μέσα από την πλατφόρμα αυτή. Το σπίτι ήταν ακόμα πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα ανακαινισμένο, άνετο και πλήρως (πραγματικά!!) εξοπλισμένο. Έκανε τη διαμονή μας στη Μεσσήνη της Καλαμάτας υπέροχη!! Οι οικοδεσπότες διακρίνονται από μια σπάνια ευγένεια και δοτικότητα, ήταν πάντοτε άμεσα διαθέσιμοι ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε και γενικά φαίνεται πως έχουν πολύ ψηλά στις αξίες τους την έννοια της φιλοξενίας. Μείναμε 2 οικογένειες με ένα μικρό παιδί με τεράστια άνεση και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα, ήταν όλα σε αφθονία! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και εννοείται πως γνωρίζουμε ήδη πού θα μείνουμε την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθούμε στην περιοχή! Τους ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα όσα έκαναν για εμάς!!

Wir waren eine Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern. Es hätten noch leicht weitere 2-4 Leute platz gehabt. Eleni ist ein spitzen Host! Alles war super sauber!! Jede Antwort innerhalb von ein paar Minuten - super flexibel und hilft auch bei uns zb wo wir eine Autopanne hatten. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Tolles Airbnb mit allem was man braucht auch Pool Handtücher und alles in der Küche vorhanden. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wie die meiste Zeit vor Ort geblieben sind. Auch der BBQ ist super (Kohle). Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals!

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were very welcoming, the house was as described and we especially loved the shaded terrace with view across the olive groves! to sit there in peace and quiet, reading a book with a setting sun, was like paradise
