Jose Ángel is an excellent host. the house is very comfortable, clean and spacious. we went to a concert in Jardines de México and it is very close. I really highly recommend it.

The house is very clean, nice and comes with everything you need if you want to cook something, Sue was attentive to all the details even before she arrived with my family, she recommended places to buy local food and supermarkets in addition to the oxxo where you find almost everything, communication with her is very agile and she is a very friendly host! Definitely Sue's place is a good place to stay and I highly recommend it!

I liked the house, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a light bulb was burned out and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it has no air conditioning but we didn't feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen has everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the fridge, all in good condition. Gonzalo was always super on the slope and the area is very quiet, it is a very large fractionation and there are few occupied houses, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. Susy's house is very nice and cozy, just as it is in the photos. It has all the health measures so we were with all the confidence. For the pool, there are schedules for each house, so we could have it just for ourselves. Susy is always available to answer any questions.

Our stay was very pleasant because the house is very nice and has a very good location, with security and privacy, and above all, absolute tranquility, ideal to rest. We were two people and each had their own space with a bathroom and bed. Flora was an excellent host, and she made us very good recommendations, for example, shopping at the Tuesday market within the same fractionation, organic fruits and vegetables, bread, coffee, sweets, sausages, naturist products, among others. I brought my two puppies, who really enjoyed the garden of the house and the hikes within the subdivision. I would definitely stay here again with pleasure.

We stayed two weeks ago at the guava house and we loved it!!! We traveled with our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did, the house seemed super nice and cozy, we loved his refri Jaj we liked the detail of the typical sweets and the bottle of wine, the space and places to walk in the green areas of the house spectacular , the only two inconvenience we had was that the solar cells were not enough to heat as we expected in both the jacuzzi and the pool and it was a little high the cost of the boiler but in the end it changed the experience and it was worth it, that our last night was the light and it was a little frustrating that night because the fans stopped working and the heat was shut down we know it was not the subject of the house but if any plan B for those situations is amazing, it was super clean with us Norma was very friendly just that it had to remind her of basic details without a doubt we would not hesitate to return

An excellent stay and spend some amazing days

Excellent stay, much nicer than what you see in the photos, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet and a few steps from the lake. The pool is very clean and at a good temperature (in my case we were able to enjoy it for ourselves). The location is perfect and the host Tanya is friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend this accommodation for couples!

The condo is very nice, the house too, the only problem we had is that we ran out of water because they cut off the supply and activate it again in the early morning, there was a theme with the boiler but Ximena sent people to help us, it is a quiet place, we had a great time, Ximena was always responsive and eager to help us.

The place is very nice to hang out with friends and family, it has very good space, perfect for making the roasted carnita. The beds are comfortable and to consider that not with AC but yes fans that you can move at convenience, I actually had no problems sleeping and rest. Easy to arrive and consider that there is no parking inside the place, you must leave it on the street (the street looks safe but I would have preferred internal parking for added security). Communication with the host was excellent, he responds very quickly and always available to help with questions and provide things we needed. Very good experience with this place and without hesitation I will book it again.

Julio is a 10-star host, the truth is he is very accessible and always answers any questions you have, it is a house that just started on Airbnb and of course it has some areas of opportunity, but nothing out of the ordinary, I went with my two children and they had a great time in the pool, my son played soccer on the field and loved it, it is a place that is more for something relaxed since the rules are a bit strict, but I think the family plan is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need to be very comfortable. Many thanks to Julio and his family, all very kind and of course we will return.

Mrs. Esperanza's house feels very friendly and fresh, we found what we needed for our stay, 100% impeccable in cleanliness thanks to Mrs. Delia who is the one who received us, the green areas of the private and the subdivision in good condition and clean, the pool area is common but the neighbors are very quiet apart from existing coexistence regulations, the water could say "lukewarm" but excellent for the heat that we had (37°C) and inside the subdivision there are 2 stores, both very well stocked, in any case just 5-7 min away there is an oxxo and a gas station The car is inside the private area a few steps from the house so you feel safe in general The area is very quiet, but there are also restaurants with a variety of options (we recommend "Mis 2 tierras") as well as bars we definitely recommend the place

Excellent attention, the beautiful house in good condition, all the time was attentive to our needs, in fact since I uploaded photos to my networks, all my friends and family were fascinated, I highly recommend it, and it will be a pleasure to wash it again on another occasion.
