Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yakima River

Beautiful, very clean place with good view of mountains. Emily was very concerned about my allergies and went out of her way to launder linens beforehand in an appropriate way; would be good for those with allergies/asthma!! Comfortable bed and reclining couch. Loved it.

Kathy and Gordon were very hospitable hosts going above and beyond to make our stay a great one and any questions we had were quickly answered. The apartment was cute; being just the right size for two people. The home is near town but feels like it could be out in the country, due to the open green space next to the house, a river running behind the house, bunnies hopping around, and beautiful mountainous trees off in the distance that can be seen from the apartment. There is also a pathway that runs parallel to the river that provided great scenery while taking short walks with our dogs. This is also a great location to get to nearby hiking trails and attractions, such as Snoqualmie Falls. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the extended outdoor space for morning coffee. The place was lit brightly even into the evening. The locations makes for easy access to downtown and the river. Would definitely stay here again.

Holly's place was one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at. Great location, close to downtown, clean and furnished perfectly, very well equipped kitchen. Holly included lots of little details and thoughtful things to make the place feel like home. She is a great host and I highly recommend her place.

An affordable option for Leavenworth adventures. This place is only a five min. drive to Leavenworth activities and downtown area with the added benefit of being close to the Wenatchee river. Comfy bed and a kitchen with all the necessary accessories, etc.

The unit worked well for our stay in Yakima. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with pans, dishware, etc.

Such a perfect little place for us to crash at during our stay in Moses Lake for work. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and well equipped. Served our needs perfectly!!

This house was perfect for my kids and me when a middle school competition brought us to Moses Lake. Newly remodeled on the inside, the place was great and well stocked with amenities—like the well equipped kitchen and full spice rack. Everything was clean, and the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the tv. 100% would recommend.

As advertised, farm atmosphere with a very friendly goat and dogs! Keep in mind this is a farm, so be prepared for animal noises! We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and the surroundings are peaceful. My family enjoyed our family vacation here. Barb was very proactive with any news about the surroundings and provided clear instructions on check-in and check-out.

This is such an outstanding property and experience I almost hate to say so, because I don't want the world to discover this gem and book it out! You won't be disappointed.

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. Eric was super helpfull answering all of pir questions promptly before the stay. The house was amazing, plently of room for the entire family. One of the best parts was the outside patio / seating area and pool. Eric thank you for allowing us to rent your home and allow for me and my family an amazing weekend get away to Yakima.

This spot was perfect for our family! We loved how the place was decorated and the hosts thought of everything we may need - travel crib, stroller, kids’ books, kids’ utensils and plates, high chair, etc! It made traveling with a kid seamless.

This was our first time in Leavenworth, and I was stunned by the mountains (we just moved from Park City, UT, to WA State). The condo is also in a perfect location, and my morning walk was right out the back door along the river. It was spacious and provided an ideal setting for my daughter to study and for my husband and me to go out on daily hikes! The view off the back deck was stunning, and we spent a fair amount of time there. The Master bedroom overlooks Front Street, and there can be noise when it's busy (aka weekends or summer). Hans sent over a fan as requested, and the white noise addressed that problem. I was a little surprised about the extra pet charge when we checked in. But I likely missed it in previous communication.

I stayed at Nickey’s place for 4 nights for a work trip and could have stayed much longer here! I had everything I needed to make food. The condo’s decor is super fun and cheery and more highlights include the balcony view and access to the lake via dock for paddling. I had a dog with me, and he equally loved this place and sleeping in the sun spots and sniffing the breeze on the balcony. The weather got hot, so I was so happy to have a place with AC and had no problem staying cool inside, but also really enjoyed having screened windows and door to be able to let the air flow through the place when the temp carried a pleasant breeze. Super easy to hop on and off the highway from this location and grocery store was super close as well. The complex was very quiet, and it was easy to fall asleep. Condo is on 3rd floor, but easy to access from the parking lot and easy to find the correct door… you’ll see! :)

Comfortable beds (even the sofa bed), well stocked kitchen, and very inviting! Loved the ability to make breakfast and lunch in the Airbnb, and then try different restaurants each night for dinner. It was nice to be able to just walk across the street to ride the alpine coaster. We were so happy to have this Airbnb to come relax at after completing the Colchuk hike. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay. Close to shops and restaurants. Host was super helpful- we had an issue with temperature of house but she resolved quickly ( in seconds.. ) Thanks for letting us stay and we will come back!

Tons of space. High ceilings and new construction. Beautiful view of the lake, especially from the upstairs balcony.

Great value and awesome location for our last minute decision to extend our vacation after Leavenworth. Shannon is a very responsive host and her location for perfect our family of 5! I appreciated how baby friendly the hostess is, a play and pack and baby serving dishes were available on site. Would highly recommend!
