Everything was perfect in this house, where we had a long stay, our host, Mr. Hope, was very understanding and very interested, he immediately responded to our requests to our questions and tried to help, the house was very tidy and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, he had a very nice balcony, we spent most of our time there, even the neighbors were very sweet and friendly, and he thanked our host, who kept his price affordable, I would definitely recommend this house again, I would definitely like to stay again if I go to the basement again.🙏

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

Wow! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a treasure. The home is so peaceful, safe, clean, and comfortable. We had some of the best sleeps of our entire trip on the comfortable bed. The view is breathtaking and there is plenty of privacy and quiet time, with only a short taxi away from all the action. Zeki has thought of and prepared everything, and is very responsive and proactive. Zeki goes above and beyond. We were blown away by Zeki’s hospitality, generosity and kindness. He is truly a great man who loves his job, and it shows. This experience has touched our hearts and will stay with us for a long time. I cannot recommend it enough. We would not look anywhere else when returning to Bodrum, and I guarantee this is the best value for money you will get.

The apartment is exactly like its pictures, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the kicthen is well equipped and the location is perfect for a trip to Bodrum, everywhere in town is an easy walk away with great restaurants and shops. The apartment is particularly well located for the Bazar Tekel which has an excellent food market on Thursdays and Fridays and is well worth a visit. The area is peaceful and the sound proofing of the apartment was very good. Guney was very communicative, organising our transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful and meeting us at the apartment despite us arriving quite late at night and had provided additional touches such as coffee and biscuits that made the first morning perfectly relaxed. We would be delighted to stay again when we're next in Bodrum.

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

They were very helpful during my stay. It was a clean and beautiful place. Especially the fact that the bagel bakery was very close, it was a great pleasure to start the day with fresh bagels and tea every morning. Good value, a little tricky to locate but the host provided good information. Property is more than half an hour drive from Bodrum. Host was great to deal with.

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!

We a couple from Germany, spent 5 days in Metin's apartment and it was really very pleasant. Water pressure and air conditioning were great and everything very clean. The hospitality was also great, so we even found fresh fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome greeting in the apartment at night when we arrived. Important without a rental car, you can't get along in the entire zone on this side of Bodrum. We are happy to book Metin's apartment again. Best regards from Berlin,

Very well maintained hotel. Everything is clean. Extremely friendly staff. About 10 min from Bodrum city center by car. We did not regret it. Very small con the apartment is a little bit dark. Which is probably a big plus if it summer but in march we needed the lights during the day. But this is beeing picky.
