There is a private beach within the site located on the roof top.Guests can use this beach free of charge. In the area where the place is located,there are many cafes,restaurants,3 shopping centers,cycling,jogging area and 4 city hotels witihin2-3 km.

The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
