It is located on Bağdat Street (the world's 4th shopping street) very close to Caddebostan beach and park. You will enjoy your stay in our tastefully and modernly designed house. You can meet all your needs with the location of our house. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, transportation and restaurants. Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
