Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

This place on the steps of Kyrenia Harbour, is an absolute gem. The setting is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, with breathtaking views. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured (simple, elegant, and full of beautiful touches). I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one really stands out. Esra was a phenomenal host… kind, responsive, and so helpful. I was actually planning to stay again but had to change plans due to an emergency. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

The house was really like in the photos. Since it is centrally located, we could easily go shopping and the beach even on foot. The view was spectacular. All our needs were met. I would love to spend my next vacation in the same place.

This was by far the best holiday we have had. The apartment was immaculately clean and so comfortable. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. My son said the bed was the best bed he has ever slept in lol.everything was so easy and Gözde the host was amazing she gave great clear instructions and was so responsive and helpful. The resort is fantastic so much to do and it’s not crazy busy or loud it has such a relaxing vibe.. and the staff around the resort are so lovely and helpful. honestly we want to live here and cannot wait to return . We will be recommending Gözde’s place to everyone we know wanting a relaxing, peaceful holiday where the kids can be fully entertained.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

First of all, we were very pleased with the interest of the host Yunus Emre. We could easily reach him whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. We were very pleased with both the comfort and the location of the house. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute's walk from the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrellas and diving goggles. Outside, there's a faucet and an entrance directly into the bathroom - super convenient after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes, supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even found it nice. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex - fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, and a topper was available on request. The beach is shallow, with few waves - ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full fridge on arrival was the icing on the cake. Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

We stayed here with a group of 11 friends and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. Great location, close to everything we needed, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!

First of all, I would like to thank the hosts for their interest. The location of the house is one of the most central locations in Cyprus, we came home without taking anything with us and we had everything we needed. The design and old texture of the house were fascinating. It was a great experience for us. Thank you for everything.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The house is wonderful, flawless, mountain view on one side and sea on the other, I highly recommend it.

Our accommodation at Hanife Sun was extremely nice and comfortable. The host, Ms. Suna, anticipated and prepared everything we might need, and left us everything from snacks to drinks to fruits. She even thought of deodorant cream, even though we didn't use it because we had it with us, these are fine details. The house was clean, tidy and quiet. Ms. Suna was always available and in contact. There was Wi-Fi, but it only worked in the living room. It was close to where we wanted to be. We would definitely like to stay here again if we come back.

It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

The apartment was brand new and very clean. A beautiful little apartment with an amazing view of the greenery. In the distance you can even see the sea. The house is a little secluded and therefore very quiet. You need a rental car to travel around. The landlord is very nice and helpful, also lives in the house in his own apartment.

The apartment was tidy and clean as seen in the pictures, it is in a very good location, there is a large market right in front of the site. The site where the apartment is located is beautiful and clean, and there is a beautiful and large pool right in front of the apartment. Ms. Cansu is very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. We will choose it again.
