The property backs on to State Forest with amazing sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife including Lyre Birds, wallabies, and bird life. The property is pet friendly.

Grasmere B&B Cottage

Looking for a quick getaway to the Yarra Valley? Unwind and relax at Grasmere Cottage set on our 32 acre farm and just a short hop away from some of Victoria's finest wineries and wedding locations. Experience the joy of sharing the property with alpacas, cows, chickens and wildlife. Bookings for three nights or more will receive a complimentary cheese platter. We allow small dogs at the Cottage (under 10kg) but if your pooch is larger - you can always book our second property Grasmere Lodge.

Our 3 bedroom plus studio (4th bedroom available on request) is nestled high in the ferns with daily visits from cockatoos, king parrots, rosellas, kookaburras and more. You’ll feel a million miles away, yet just a 1.2km walk to the shops. Grab an e‑bike, explore the trails, walk the falls and enjoy local cafes.
