I had an amazing stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets it apart is the incredible scenery. Waking up to those views every morning was something special. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning location!

Janetta's house was extremely comfortable with lots of space, facilities and lots of little extras. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to all.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Kim's place was exceptional. Very comfortable, everything we needed, convenient to everything and very tastefully decorated. Kim was also very proactive in her communication so we felt very welcome.
