Bondgate with a double bedroom and sofa bed is centrally located in Otley town. It has a private and secure courtyard with easy access to the towns shops,market,Pubs,bars,restaurants and cafes. A gateway to the famous Dales and Otley Chevin,Ilkley moor,Riverside parks and nature walks close by. Appealing to the Cycling and walking/hiking community for which we offer secure outdoor space for cycles. There is free parking on Bondgate and 2 free car parks very near by. Sorry we don’t allow pets.

We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. Located on our family farm, we have animals on site, including horses, cows, goats, dogs, cats and 2 micro pigs (Gavin & Stacey) so some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!

Convenient for Leeds Trinity University and Leeds Bradford Airport. Leeds Trinity is a few minutes walk, the airport is five minutes in a taxi. If the taxi goes to the free one hour parking it is much cheaper. I can advise on which taxi company I recommend.
