Monthly Rentals in Yellow Springs

We had a great time! The cottage was exceptionally well organized and the details like hardwood floors, the flowers in the garden, the new fixtures, very well appointed kitchen and the peaceful vibe made us feel very comfortable. Location was perfect—just a couple of blocks walk to Yellow Springs. Kipra was very welcoming in her communications!

We loved staying at Hoot N Haller studio!! It was adorable, safe, and clean, and our 3 year old daughter had a ball. She loved the tiny play closet, swinging on the swingset, saying hi to the chickens in the backyard, and seeing a baby deer! Donna is an amazing host and anticipated all of our needs, even making sure to include toddler plates and utensils in the kitchen for us. It is such a peaceful place to stay; we particularly loved eating the fresh eggs and listening to the rain on the rooftop. We would definitely stay again when we come to visit our family in Dayton.

This is a great place to stay. It's beautiful, clean, quiet and you can walk easily to downtown Yellow Springs and Glen Helen. Marie is a wonderful host. I can't wait to return!

Highly recommended. Great location and unit and grounds have great character. We especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and shower. Kim was great with respect to communications, info and instruction. Compact unit, but everything we needed and may have wanted in an efficient, bright and attractive layout.
