amazing apartment. everything matches the photo! in the apparatus two balconies, one with a washing machine and dryer, and the other with a table, at which it is very pleasant to have breakfast and dinner the apartment itself is very cozy. I will be happy to come back

Ngoc is a fantastic host, with very quick replies and her apartment is a great place to stay if you would like to be close to all that you need in the old quarter of Hanoi whilst also having a private, relaxing and quiet place to go back to. Overall a 5 star experience!

Tôi rất ấn tượng với vị trí và thiết kế của ngôi nhà, nó mang đúng nghĩa trải nghiệm 1 không gian địa phương của người Hà Nội,chiếc ban công là 1 điểm cộng nơi bạn có thể thoải mái thư giãn và yên tĩnh, ở dưới tòa nhà buối sáng có rất nhiều hàng ăn nên thưởng thức và tôi thực sự thích khi ở đây, San còn là một chủ nhà tuyệt vời với rất nhiều các đề xuất và đã đặt xe hộ chúng tôi từ sân bay, nhất định sẽ trở lại nơi nay 1 lần nữa!

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

This is a perfect apartment close to Hoan Kiem lake and easy walking distance to the Old Quarter with its wide range of shops and restaurants. There are also restaurants nearby and a couple of small supermarkets. The apartment itself was very comfortable with everything you need. The co-host met us on arrival and took us up to the apartment and was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Apartment is exactly as described. Right in old town so walkable to so many things (restaurants, bars, markets, etc). Both beds were comfortable. The area gets busy at night but the apartment is quiet inside (you can hear some noise if you’re in the bathroom but the main room is very quiet). Tea and Ryan sent a list of local recommendations and also offered to help us book tours. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, so we could leave with clean clothing.

Could not say anything better about my experience with this host. Extremely responsive and accommodating with our early check-in. In terms of the apartment, location was great, very clean, and good for larger groups.

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

We have a good experience during our 3 days at edric's place with his friends.. we got an excellent service from them.. i’m highly recommend to stay at edric's place if you visit hanoi... you will get very friendly service from the host in this place!

Nhung is a really good host. Her team is very responsive and helped us when the lock of the apartment malfunctioned. Since they could not get it fixed immediately, they moved us to another apartment right next to where we were staying. Free water and SIM were a delighter. One thing which could have been improved in the apartment is ventilation. The apartment has very little ventilation and could be improved.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.
