Our house , which we call Rıfat Bey in Beyada, located in the Upper Kaleköy location of Gökçeada, is 4 km from the city center and within walking distance to Yıldız Bay and the alternative cafe restaurants and bars in the harbor of Kaleköy. With its quiet and calm nature, you can have a pleasant time in the peaceful garden of Beyada or on one of the tiny balconies of Mr. Rifat. You can have a nice holiday in Bey, which is a pleasant place for those who want to walk nature in the morning or swim in the sea.

There is a 40-acre area in the forest, vineyards,goats, sheep, chickens,vegetable gardens and numerous fruit and nut trees. Well Renovated House with garden

Well renovated 130 years old stone house with garden in Eski Bademli (Gliki), one of the old Greek villages in Gökçeada. It comes with a garden and a detached kitchen with all amenities. It has 3 rooms, each has its own luxury bathroom. All room windows are equipped with blinders so that you can sleep well in the mornings. No air conditioning, since we prefer a more natural life.

Our duplex, which is centrally located, has a 2+1 capacity, 2 separate toilets and bathrooms, a balcony and its own garden. The place, which has a capacity of 6 people, is 5 minutes from the ferry, 3 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from Kaleköy and Yıldız Bay, and 15 minutes from Kefalos Beach.
