This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Sealight, where you can find peace with a full sea view, is centrally located 6 km from Kaş. Closest beach 1.5 km. The market and restaurant are 100 meters away, within walking distance. The world-famous Kaputaş beach is 15 km away. There is a bus to Kaş center every half hour. 2+1, two bedrooms with bathrooms, one room with a jacuzzi, it is stylishly designed with an infinity pool. Completed in April 2022, it serves families or couples of 4 people.

Our house is located in a quiet, secluded location in a lush green garden covered with almond trees in Çukurbağ Village, 15 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. This house, which we have transformed by staying true to the spirit and texture of our village, offers a very spacious and comfortable living space with 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a large bathroom for those who want to experience village life.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.
