It is a 3-minute walk from Yeongtong Station and Incheon Airport Bus, and the city bus and Seoul metropolitan bus stop right in front of the accommodation, so it has a convenient transportation network. Parking is possible in the building, but it is a paid parking. (1000 won for the first 30 minutes, 500 won per additional 10 minutes, 20,000 won per day) However, if you park and give us your vehicle number, you can park for free within 2 hours. Please use another place if you want a luxurious accommodation as it is an old officetel building. Please be careful not to stain the futon and sofa in the accommodation, and please be careful not to damage the wallpaper due to stains or attachments on the wallpaper.(If laundry or cleaning does not resolve, we will charge for damages)

All amenities are within walking distance. It is located opposite the Suwon Convention Center. Gallery Department Store 4 minutes away, It is located 10 minutes away from Gwanggyo Jungang Station. I was very satisfied:) It seemed wider than the photos, and it was a space where I could feel the delicacy for guests! However, I think it would have been better if it was a blackout curtain! The morning light came in so strong that I wanted to sleep well, but my eyes opened so early. If it's a blackout curtain, it's really 10000% willing to revisit!

I booked right away because you answered my questions quickly before booking. I was able to enter easily because you told me the check-in method in detail on the day of check-in! The location was opposite the convention center, so it was close to the Galeria and Lotte Mall, and the lake park was nearby, so it was nice to take a walk. There were cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores in the same building, so it was very convenient. The room was the same as the picture, and it was well organized, so I felt good when I came in. The bed was fluffy and so nice. ;( There were more types of tableware than other places, so it was good to cook simply. It was comfortable because the basic items were clean and well prepared, so I just had to bring my body. It was close to the Gwanggyo Jungang Line, so I traveled around well by subway! It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the station. I was sorry and thankful that you said it was okay even though I was in a hurry when checking out, and there were some things that were lacking. I intend to stay again later. It was better than the price, and the host was kind, so it was even better. 🫶🏻💙 I made good memories for 2 nights and 3 days!

I was looking for a place to live for a month due to the construction of the apartment, and I was fortunate to have a good accommodation not far away. It was quiet, clean, and most importantly, I was able to get an immediate reply from the host if I needed it. The area where the accommodation is located is a dense officetel area, so it is not a familiar environment for us, but it was amazing that those who live in nearby accommodations solved parking, noise, and garbage without too much difficulty. The interior of the accommodation is very satisfactory. It must have been a little stressful for my elderly mother that the TV didn't turn on well at once. If there are people around me with the same conditions, I would definitely recommend it.

I chose to take the bus, which was fairly convenient with about a 10 minute walk. The problem was that the address on Google maps took me to the wrong block and put me in the middle of a condemned apartment complex. That was completely empty and dark and full of trash. I had passed a police station, and it was getting dark, so I went back and asked the police for help and they actually put me in their car and drove me to the proper location and helped me find the apartment. The problem might be Google maps or it might be the address,it was unclear. If you can take a taxi on your way there, I think it will be more successful and Google maps is not perfect in Korea so that could've been the problem as well.
