Our stay was excellent. The location has a few rooms adjacent to each other, but they were perfectly private and we couldn’t hear other guests. Outside the window is a lush green space that leaves you feeling like you are out in nature. The hosts were very attentive and polite. Their art gallery is impressive and it was a joy to have been shown around. The location is perfect and close to the temple and many excellent restaurants. I would say this is the best place to stay and we already want to come and visit again. Also the showers have extra hot water, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

Beautiful place . Breakfast prepared by Mrs. Ruzanna : extraordinary. The hosts are artists and make wonderful paintings and textures. Kindness and availability of all . A place to come back . And the temple of Garni is right in front of the house

Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful view and a wonderful and welcoming family. I absolutely loved it here. I was looking for somewhere quiet and inspiring to write and Yulia’s place was exactly what I needed. It is an artistic place with lots of lovely details everywhere. Ruzan’s breakfasts are amazing! And, of course, the temple is so close. I recommend it here without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a quiet and invigorating retreat from city life. Thanks to all. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is an absolute gem, and we felt so lucky to have found it! Beauty awaits both inside and out, with breathtaking views and a truly unique location – the Garni temple is literally just beyond the fence, yet the house and garden feel completely private. The guesthouse offers several unique rooms, each thoughtfully decorated with handmade pieces and artworks. The peaceful garden hints at incredible beauty during the blossom season. But the true heart of this guesthouse lies with its owners, the artists Ruzan and Ruben. Their warm personal welcome made us feel like cherished guests, and their invitation to explore their art gallery and studios was a delightful touch. They were so genuinely kind and polite. Oh, and the breakfast was outstanding – that omelette and Armenian coffee were the best I've had in ages! While we wish we could have visited in warmer weather, our experience was remarkable even with the rain. Thank you for sharing your home; I truly hope to return!

First of all, I need to tell how amazing people Anush and Maxim are. They are helping with everything you need, they like to meet new people but they provide your private space as well. Anush is really helpful and nice woman. Her english knoledge is a big plus and his husband, Maxim is an adorable man as well. Can’t describe how kind he was with us during our stay Their place is also amazing. The view from the balcony is better than from Garni Temple, you have billiard and table tennis for free of charge and you can have some fruit from their huge garden too.
