Dogs are in the unit but are supervised in shared areas. Research the location before booking as it's not for everyone. No heating or A/C in the unit.

The Perch is a tiny house dormer way up the (enclosed) back stairs, to where the views are. And, up the ladder to your private roof deck! This unique TINY gem for adventurers has a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, plus heat & a/c. Note you sorta crawl to the bed unless moved. There's a private outdoor shower (in the backyard, house hot+cold, private from eyes, and all yours).
