I had an incredible time, super quiet area which I appreciate because my girlfriend wanted to rest, it is very easy to get there, Rebeca was on the lookout for our arrival, you can walk to the pipila is not far away and go down on foot or down the funicular, or we take our cars and park in the panoramic, the street that leads to the pipila is very safe to leave the car. We also had parking in the place that is much appreciated in Guanajuato, the amenities exceeded our expectations, they gave us everything we needed to cook, even I was able to prepare some hot cakes for breakfast, it has everything, the bed super comfortable and the tub amazing, bathroom super large, I would come back without thinking, thank you for everything

This home was an absolute dream, by far the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. Every corner is filled with vibrant colors, romantic details, and traditional Mexican design. A place that felt warm and full of character. The host was very responsive, and Sandra, who I believe is the manager, was super kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The house was bigger than expected. Pleanty of rooom for our group of 8. The house is about 12 minutes walk from the main city, it is up hill but manageable. The view from the upper terrace is magnificent, we enjoyed sitting there at night. There is an OXXO near the house, very conviniente and opened late. Overral we had a great stay.

It is much nicer than it looks, a very comfortable place, the host super friendly and always attentive to everything, the house was very clean, an incredible view, who received me super friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

This house was an absolute gem—full of character and charm, and so much more personal than a standard Airbnb. On top of that, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly located, just a short walk from everything. The highlight was the incredible view over the entire city from the spacious terrace and the top-floor room—the perfect place to start the day. The host was amazing: super responsive (always replied within minutes!) and gave us fantastic recommendations for cultural events, sights, and great places to eat. There are a few quirks, like steep stairs and a nearby bar that plays music in the evening—but the music always stopped by midnight, so it never disturbed us. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back anytime!!

Gisela is an excellent host, the place is very nice, with an excellent view of the city. It was like being at home, the cleanliness and order were excellent, it was easy to access, and it was great that it has parking. The area is very quiet and safe to rest after touring the city. I was fascinated 👌🏾

Our stay was very enjoyable. The space has been painted in wonderful cheery colours and is very well laid out and clean. Stewart and Marie were very helpful when we had questions regarding transportation etc. and always responded right away.

Guanajuato should be called the city of 10,000 steps which I feel like we did when there for a well at Tolsten beautiful place. The roof terrace was a perfect relaxing place in the warm evening to take in the view and sounds of the city. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with spices and a fresh bag of local coffee beans which was much appreciated. It takes about 8 minutes to walk t the center of town, including the 118 steps which was a good form of exercise we did 3 times a day to offset al the excellent eating and drinking we were doing! Highly recommend Tolsten's casa.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go jogging in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any need I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

This place was everything you see in the pictures plus more! We really enjoyed our stay in Guanajuato. Alex made us feel right at home and was very accommodating.

Absolutely lovely house, with a great view of the city, and away from the noise of the center. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and accessible. As the crow flies, it's very close to the center, but up a steep hill. The stairs to the neighborhood are even and well-maintained, but mostly we were lazy and took the funicular to and from the Pipila monument, which costs $40 MXN and is a 5 minute walk (plus a few dozen stairs, and a short hill to the house itself). There are lots of snack stalls around El Pipila and some small markets for necessities even closer. Monica and Samuel are wonderful, on-site hosts and helped us out with recommendations, water, and a taxi to the airport. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, indoor temperatures were comfortable during a hot June. We loved our time here and would recommend it unequivocally unless you absolutely can't manage stairs, since there's some stairs up to and within the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

We were very comfortable with an unbeatable view, super comfortable clean beds, a formidable apartment and the attention of Sudan and André was unbeatable, everything was excellent, we don't need to look for another place on our next visits, everything was very nice, super recommended

If you are looking for an authentic living experience in Guanajuato, this is the place. Casa Paulina was located less than 10 minutes, maybe even 5, from the lively center of the city, which made it easy for us to access the many museums, restaurants, and tours available within Guanajuato and out. The house itself was super charming (historical even), clean, and had an amazing view. Most ammenities were available and working, although I might suggest checking the functioning of the microwave. And while I went with a two other women, older I might add, the area was safe and for the most part easy to get to (my grandmother with a bad knee was able to walk up the callejon 2-3 times per day). I appreciated the responsiveness of Mr. Mundo and his ability to share helpful information regarding food and city life. Overall, it was a successful stay at Casa Paulina and would definitely choose this home again.

we had already stayed in this apartment before and the truth fascinates me, I could come back every year, the apartment is nice and comfortable. The host was on the lookout all the time.

It is very comfortable, and it is easy to get there from the center. We have a car but we always moved on foot because everything is accessible (very close to the university in fact). We left the car on Alameda Street, and it was safe 👍🏻

It's a good accommodation, you can go down downtown walking about 5 minutes, I recommend comfortable shoes for the climb, it was very clean and with everything you need for a good stay, we were 2 people and the studio seemed great, I would choose it again on a next visit to gto. Good cost/benefit thanks :)
