Excellent location to discover Erevan, great communication with Narek and comfortable apartment!

Had a great experience at this place in the centre of Yerevan. It is good for 5+ people. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The host was very understandig and let us check in later because we were late from the airport. He also gave us a brief description of surroundings and gave us advice during our stay in Yerevan. The appartment is big and everything stated in the description is working properly (Wi-Fi, washing machine,hairdrier, etc.) Good value for the money, looking forward to come back!

I had a lovely stay at Gevorg's place! The apartment is cute and cozy, with all the listed amenities. Even though the apartment is just on the second floor near a busy street, the trees in front of the windows give you a wonderful sense of privacy! Gevorg is an excellent host, always helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and I'd happily recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

Excellent stay with my family, his place was very comfortable with alot of space and it matched the photos. Excellent location everything was walkable. Would highly recommend.

Хорошая квартира, одобное расположение. Три минуты от площади, вокруг множество кафе, таверны; в шаговой доступности небольшой продуктовый магазин с доступными ценами. В квартире есть посуда, эл.плита, холодильник. Можно готовить. Я довольна, если будем ещё раз в Ереване воспользуемся этой квартирой.

Good place, though be aware that there are no way to open any window, although there is a lovely close balcony, just without any opening opportunity. Air conditioner on the other hand works fine. Overall good experience.

Отдыхали с мужем 20 дней в этих замечательных апартаментах. Расположение нам очень понравилось, тихий район. Рядом есть различные магазины и метро Очень понравилось общение с Евой) Если нам что-то нужно было, мы могли ей написать и она всегда помогала) Тут мы чувствовали себя, как дома) И самое важное, если вы едите в холодное время года, то тут есть тёплые полы)) Всем рекомендую))

Harut was a great host and I had such a great experience at the apartment. It was super nice and clean and he provided everything you would need to stay. He made our stay as comfortable as possible and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting!

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It’s located in a decent neighborhood with shops and transport nearby. The host, Samvel, was very friendly and welcoming. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and was always ready to help if we needed anything. We really appreciated his hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place!

Очень удобное расположение, в 5 минут от центральной площади. Через дорогу от дома есть торговый цент, в котором есть фуд-корт и разные магазины. Проживание прошло очень уютно и комфортно 🙂

Очень рады , что выбрали именно эту квартирку. Все очень уютно, очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Очень удобное расположение с множеством магазинов вокруг , метро в пяти минутах . Анна и ее муж - невероятно гостеприимные, душевные люди, благодаря которым влюбляешься в армянскую культуру. Встретили нас в аэропорту , вместе с нами прошлись по всем магазинам в округе и объяснили, где и что лучше покупать. Всегда были на связи, на любые вопросы отвечали моментально, так что наш отдых получился очень и очень комфортным. Большое спасибо за тёплый приём !
