Very nice cottage, tastefully decorated and functional. The region is beautiful and it is very well located to discover Saint Quay and its surroundings (there are very beautiful walks to do including the cliff trail in Plouha, the GR near Hillion...) We had a real crush on this corner of Brittany and will come back with pleasure because in 4 days it was just!

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

Great accommodation, ideally located to enjoy Pleneuf. Once the car is parked, we can do everything on foot, everything is 2 steps away, a real joy! A sublime view from the balcony. The accommodation has all the basic necessities, it's really very nice. Sylvie was very available. The self check-in is a real plus. Recommended!!

Magali is very welcoming. The accommodation is as advertised and the sea view is magnificent! We spent 5 days in peace, to the rhythm of the tides, rocked by the whisper of the waves and the ballet of the seagulls.

Our large family group had a great stay here. Benoît was very friendly and made sure we knew all we needed about the house and area to ensure we had a good time. The house was large, with good size bedrooms and comfy beds. Huge dining space and fair amount of seating. Lots of space for parking and large garden too. The pool was an amazing addition and really added to our experience.

A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

We had an amazing night in this accommodation with breathtaking sea views. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, quiet, clean and perfectly equipped. Waking up to the sound of the waves and a sunrise over the water will remain an unforgettable memory. Host was very welcoming and responsive. I recommend it 100% for a relaxing getaway facing the ocean!

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. The accommodation was impeccable, large, bright, with views of the beautiful bay of Saint-Brieuc. Great starting point for wandering around the area. There's a lot to do and see around, that's good! Audrey and Steven were kind, responsive, attentive and accommodating. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Nice view from the appart, easy walk to a very long white sand beach, boardwalk and restaurants. tha appartment is very clean and modern, lots of space for two of us and a large balcony to enjoy the weather.

This is an amazing home in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were perfect for a family of 6, we didn’t want to leave the house in the day. Plenty to keep the children entertained. Really fun with the tides. The waves come up to the house and you have the wonderful sound of waves all day. When the tide is low you can spend hours exploring the beach. The nearby towns are also beautiful. If it rains cost up inside and enjoy the board games with the sea at your doorstep. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Yann's villa is really a peaceful place, with all the comforts and really very pleasant. Finally, it has only one flaw, it is that we are so comfortable there that we no longer want to leave!!! I recommend it.

We had a great stay with my 10-year-old daughter. The studio is very well furnished, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The sea view is very beautiful. A small private garden (shared with the 2nd studio) allows you to enjoy the sun while admiring the view. The hosts are available and attentive and you can enjoy the terrace of their Café Librairie for a drink and a snack. The studio is easily accessible from Saint Brieuc train station by city bus. You can also reach Martin Plage on foot in 35-40 minutes by a route that offers beautiful views of the Bay. You still have to bring sports shoes, but the course is accessible even for a young child. Small shopping area less than 10 minutes' walk away offering all the necessary services. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

What can I say? We had a very good week. Area is beautiful. The upstairs rental of a beautiful house is very nice (very clean, very bright, very well arranged and equipped) with a sea view. And above all, our host, Samuel, was very welcoming and remains accessible throughout the stay. He does not hesitate to provide many tips (places to see, good addresses...). We recommend it without hesitation.

It was beautiful! We really liked the house. It is very tasteful and decorated with love. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of practical storage space. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Dishes etc. nice and tasteful. We could imagine staying here.! The house is very well located for exploring the whole region. Cotes d 'Armor, Cote Emerald the names tell you! Worth a trip again and again.
