Tita Zeni (Aida) is the best. Staying with tita was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and tita Aida was always available to answer my questions. Highly recommended!Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I cannot recommend Tita Aida and her property highly enough.

I had come into Guam and the original place I booked was horrible. Garbage outside, the place was a shipping container turned bungalow. It did not feel safe. I immediately had to find another place and booked Dina’s place. It was TRUE as described. Clean and she was immediately responsive. I will recommend her place to family returning back to Guam for a visit. I was extremely satisfied, felt safe and comfortable in her Airbnb and will look to staying there in my next visit back home to Guam. Thank you - Dina!!!!

As long as she has an opening we will be staying here - American comfort but still a fun local feel it’s the best way to enjoy Guam.

Nice and quiet, tucked away behind the main house. Has everything one needs, full kitchen (didn’t cook much, but rice cooker was convenient). Can run in the area, there are some sidewalks. Felt safe. Dededo flea market is pretty near and really nice - more a farmers market than a flea market when I went on a Saturday a little after 7am.
