Monthly Rentals in Yodo River

The hosts Tatsuro-san was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when I needed help with a delivery! The place is as described, clean, wonderful amenities with sufficient space for my family of 5. Everything was well-explained by Tatsuro-san. It's a pity I could not stay longer as we were returning but I would definitely choose to stay again! The place is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenient spots to purchase what you need. It is also within short distance of a train station. The other hosts, Ichiro-san & Eiko-san were also very friendly & hospitable. Sending us off on our last day of check-out with an omiyage too! I look forward to my next trip to Osaka and staying here once again!

Asaki was very helpful and friendly. The place was bigger than we thought and very nice. The location is convenient to go to Osaka or Kyoto. One thing to note is that there wasn’t many good restaurants nearby so we would just take the train to the next town :)

It was our first time in Japan so we were nervous about the garbage separation system. But the host doesn’t require us to separate them ourselves, just put out trash in the bin provided in the room and they’ll handle the rest. Also, there was an elevator maintenance scheduled for the building on one of our stays and the host kindly informed us the day before. Everything else is just as advertised, and the host provided clear detailed instructions for getting to and checking into the property.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is comfortable, well-equipped and we had space to store our belongings. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is nice after a day of sightseeing in Osaka, which is noisy. Communication with the host was seamless. Convenience stores are nearby as well as the train station and the host provides bicycles. We would highly recommend it.
