Holiday rentals with a patio in Yokohama

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and was a relaxing place to come back to on the days I toured the city and did excursions. The host is super kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Excelente departamento, moderno, con todas las comodidades. Es realmente pequeño y nosotros fuimos dos personas. Creo que mas personas que eso sería muy incomodo. Esta a 3-5 min de la estación de metro, lo que permite conectarse con cualquier lugar sin problemas. Los lugares tipicos y famosos a visitar en tokio quedan en promedio a 30-40 min en trayecto. Ojo, que la entrada por la que llegas (A3) tiene escaleras mecanicas que suben, lo que es util cuando llegas pero no cuando te vas, hay que ir a una entrada (A6) mas lejana con ascensor. Hay un 7eleven y un supermercado (Life) mas grande a 1 cuadra. En general fue muy bueno, y nos sentimos comodos toda nuestra estadía. Gracias por recibirnos.

Our stay in Rokyo was amazing. The communication, and detailed information really helped my family since it was our first time in Japan. I highly recommend staying at this place. We will be back!!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location with short walking distance to train lines. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was right next to a quiet street with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again if I was in Tokyo

A lovely apartment , plenty of room , stunning views from the roof top , spent evenings looking across the roof tops , taking in the stunning views especially of Sky Tree, 3 stations within 10-15 minute walk , lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk , all local tourist hotspots within east travelling. Train line nearby but you soon get used to it so it’s not an issue. Thank you for letting us stay.

Place was relatively big enough for 2 and location was great. Cozy and comfortable. It was equipped with necessary facilities for your needs. If you want to experience living like a Japanese, this is a good apartment to go for.

友達３家族で滞在しました。 子どもたちは家の中の探検を楽しみ、リビングで寛ぎ、夜ふかしして遊び、早起きして遊び、家族のように過ごせる空間を存分に楽しんでいました。 オーシャンビューの素敵な景色があり、家の中はどこも清潔で気持ちよく、オシャレで快適でした。 またすぐ泊まりたいと思う宿でした。 ありがとうございました。

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Nice house, very clean and complete with everything we need in the house. The house is very spacious and very comfortable.The house is very near to Keisei Takasago station, complete with 7 eleven and Family Mart which is walkable from the house. Suitable for tourist. The area was peaceful and feels like home. Host was very responsive and helpful too, help us on the info we need and fast reply when we have any inquiries.

Spacious, cosy & stylish. Enormous living room with beautiful long table and work/play room with board games. Bedrooms with large wardrobes, firm beds but pillows are low, host is kind enough to provide backups. It is on 2nd floor so prepare to climb a few steps. Entrance may be a bit tricky to locate at first, especially at night. Walkable to 7-11, drug store, public bath, supermarket & Jindaiji. Bus to Keio Chofu st. (to Shinjuku) or JR Mitaka or Kichijoji st. (to Tokyo & Akihabara), Inokashira Park & Ghibli Museum. Driving-wise it's next to Chofu IC of Chuo Expressway, so you can drive to Shinjuku in 30 mins w/o traffic. Plenty cooking utensils. Soundproof is wonderful - barely any noise from nearby highway, but could feel vibration sometimes. While it can cater 6+ pax, it has only 1 bathroom which may be inconvenient to larger party. Smooth & swift communication with hosts. Recommend to anyone wants to stay in bigger & well-kept house within reasonable distance from proper Tokyo.

It was nice. The place has a parking lot so it will be a good option if you get a rental car. Without car, you might have some difficulties to go Tokyo area.

リピートで今回は学生時代の友人と訪れました。時期的に雨が心配でしたが滞在中は天気も持ってくれて今朝は少し晴れ間ものぞいてくれ相変わらず素晴らしいオーシャンビューを堪能出来ました。 施設も変わらずとても綺麗に整えられており気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 今回一緒に伺った友人は初めての来訪でしたが部屋から見える素晴らしい景色に感動してました。 今度は家族を連れて是非伺いたいと言ってました。 オーナーも変わらずに色々と親切に対応して頂きホスピタリティに感謝します。 次は隣の浜金谷まで電車かバスで行ってロープウェイで鋸山の頂上まで登って下りは登山道を使い有名な名所の地獄のぞきや大仏や日本寺などを巡りながら施設の近くに降りる事が出来ると聞いたので是非ともトライしてみたいと思いました。 また近いうちに是非伺いたいと思います。 有難うございました！

The place is walkable to the train station and there is a shopping arcade with supermarkets and eating places nearby. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly!

交通便利，房间设施齐全，很愉快的度过了假期

Très bel appartement, un peu loin du métro mais facile d’accès. L’ascenseur dans la résidence est un vrai plus car voyageant avec une poussette c’est vraiment pratique. J’ai eu du mal à trouver l’airbnb et l’hôte a fait en sorte que je le trouve facilement. Petit présent à la fin du séjour délivré par l’hôte ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Great place in a great location! The host was great and helpful. The bus stop is right outside and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!
