Had a great stay in this area and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Tokyo :D Everything was as listed on the description and the location is great for travelling around due to the nearby Musashi-Nitta station (quick access to Kamata & Tamagawa stations) Quiet area with very friendly locals makes this apartment a great home base for anyone travelling and I would look to stay here again when revisiting in the future. Katsuo was always fast to reply with any information needed leading up to our stay.

Living in this apartment was absolutely wonderful. At the end of our trip, we had the privilege of staying in a vibrant and authentic part of Tokyo. If you truly want to experience the spirit of the city – beyond what you usually see online – this is the perfect place. The neighborhood is lively, yet welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. The apartment was well-prepared, clean, and cozy – we truly enjoyed our time here. We would love to come back someday!

A really great place to stay. It is not too far from Shibuya and other destinations we went to. It also is really peaceful in the morning and was pleasant to walk around and explore. 30 second walk to the station, Lawson nearby, lots of restaurants, and even a gym close as well. It really encapsulates was a true Japanese home is like.

It was a very convenient location. It was our last week in Japan and the train station was a 10 minute walk. It was a line that got us in to Tokyo, but it was also the line that took us directly to Haneda airport. Post office, shops and restaurants were all close by. The apartment was clean and modern and easy to get to. The lock box containing the key was attached to the railings outside of the door, so it was easy to get the key and get inside.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hiroki’s place. Everything was spot on. The house was super clean, well maintained and stocked with all the little things that made us feel right at home. It’s in a really convenient location with great connectivity to trains, shops and restaurants, which made getting around Tokyo really easy. Hiroki was an amazing host… kind, responsive and always helpful with anything we needed. Communication was smooth from the beginning and he made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10, would love to come back :)

Excellent place to stay in Tokyo ! 1. Location - 10/10 for a chilled comfy stay like a Tokyo’s local. Shinagawa route is one of the best for commuting. Various good cafes and restaurants. No tourists and local vibes. 2. The place has two rooms: western and Japanese, so you can try both. Very rational if you are not sure about sleeping on a traditional futon. 3. Everything is very clean. Long story short: excellent location, responsive host, cleanness and some other tourist friendly features (garbage collection) makes it a must have deal.
