Family-friendly holiday rentals in York

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

The house was perfect for our group of 12. It was spacious and well-cared for. While not located in downtown Portland, it was just minutes away by car. There was ample parking in the driveway and on the street. Meghan was a very responsive and flexible host. We had a great time.

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Beautiful spot to stay at, we didn’t get so lucky with how weather panned out but it didn’t take away from the experience we had. Would recommend to anyone!

A nice private cottage in a quiet community that was super handy for us to stay until we secured our house in New England. Everything is in place for comfortable living. We lived there for a month long and the hosts were always responsible.

Nice stay, nice host, lots of recommendations in binder for things to do. Nice hot tub. Cozy place and location. DQ right across the street.

This beautiful venue was worth every penny. Chris greeted us and made us feel right at home, even pointing out opportunities for viewing local wildlife! Our party of 10 (ages ranging from 14 to 74) never felt crowded, a floor for every family! The kids even played "hide & seek" in the house. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Try as we may, we can't think of one thing we would have changed about our stay. Thank you Chris, Jason and family for sharing this beautiful home!

Nice clean comfortable home not far from the lake and area attractions

Wonderful getaway in the woods, but close to restaurants and shop in Rockport. We loved being greeted by the dogs and the hiking trails right outside the front door are amazing.

We arrived and saw either the hosts or prior renters had left a few key basic unopened items in the fridge to help ease us into our stay: items like half and half, some eggs and butter were present. The hosts had also made the effort to leave a small welcome and departing treat for me and the family that was a nice touch. The building was older but with that comes the charms of different features liked slightly raised floors at times and other anomalies. The rooms were freshly painted and we never saw any signs of pests inside.The location was close to the shore and walkable to the pier and attractions. The beach was extremely clean and though we only went at off hours (late night or sunrise) it was always relaxing. There is an active set of train tracks nearby so don't be alarmed, it's about a mile off I'd guess but you will hear them pass through.The roads were pretty quiet in the neighborhood and kids plays on the inactive street for hours. We had the best weekend here! Paul was so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed having the option to go down to his brewery and hear the live music or just hang out at the yurt / by the campfire! It was a quick drive to Kennebunkport too. We would love to come back, it was awesome!

Lori’s place was very cozy and a great screened in back porch. Perfect for morning coffee while taking in the scenery. Easily walkable to downtown and restaurants and right down the street from the beach. Nicely located for all things. We rented a car on our stay and travelled to Portland, Portsmouth NH and then close by towns to Kennebunk. All under an hours drive. We enjoyed our stay at Lori’s place.

We loved staying at Casey and Andrew’s home. They could not have been nicer and responsive. Their home is exactly like the pictures on the Airbnb website. There place was very clean. We really liked the city of Portsmouth. There was plenty to do and the restaurants were great. Anthony and Casey gave great recommendations on restaurants. We were happy with our stay in every way.

I stayed at Alan's place before and I specifically booked his place again. I would have worked my flights around availability if I needed to. I love the location and the apartment layout is absolutely the best. Peaceful and relaxing and everything anyone could need or want is there. Alan and his wife are so friendly and welcoming. I plan on staying with them again for sure. I love looking out the windows at the surrounding trees and I took pictures of the wild turkeys enjoying their surroundings as well this year!

I’ve rented several places, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The home was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—and more! The kitchen had all the essentials, plus extras like spices, condiments, and even butter, which we needed. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, making our stay even more comfortable. The mattress was high quality and very comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Everything was perfect—highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Mike’s AirBNB. It was very nice and clean. The AirBNB is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping plaza’s. This AirBNB is listed at a very reasonable and fair price. Mike reached out to make sure I didn’t have any trouble checking in. This was a perfect place to stay for Laconia Bike Week. I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent weekend at Christopher’s condo in Wells! The place was exactly as described and Christopher was incredibly responsive and accommodating! The pool and the hotub were also great!

Home is very expansive with room for multiple families to reside together. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Amazing location within minutes to airport and short drive to downtown

We needed a nice little place to stay while we visited family and friends. This was perfect. Cute and convenient, plus lots of fun amenities like a clubhouse, ball courts, kayaks and the lake. We went off season, so the pool was closed and it was too cold to boat, but it was still fun. We enjoyed walking the community, playing ping-pong and driving the golf cart.
