An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We have natural spring water too

Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

We are tucked away in a quiet, pretty location just off the village green in Bainbridge. We offer a spacious, modern one bedroom annex with private entrance & parking. The property has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard, offering modern accommodation. The annex is split over two floors, a large en suite bedroom on the ground floor with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sitting room. There are tea & coffee making facilities, no breakfast, a tearoom just down the road.

Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap on the sandy shore. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

You’ll love Market view because it is spacious, well equipped and has a lovely atmosphere. There are a combination of small shops, offering art, clothing, and souvenirs. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything
