The Villa at Lake Milton

Our 3 bedroom home has plenty of room to spread out inside or outside. Bring your boat and park on the premises and enjoy the boat launch less than 7 minutes away. Plenty of things to do on site as well with a play set, over 5 acres of woods and a pond with Koi. If the lake is not for you, stay at the house and enjoy the pool! Have dinner with the whole family at our farm-style dining room table. Lastly, finish your day unwinding by the fire pit. We love our home and we know you will too!

Cozy Urban Farm Suite

It's country living near city amenities. Our cute, rustic suite was a former added in-law space. It's located on a quiet, no-outlet street. We have chickens, active bee hives, and a koi/goldfish pond. If requested @reservation, access to pool is available during the summer months. A picnic table and outdoor fire ring are also available. The closet kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig, mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, toaster & hot water kettle. No kitchen stove or large refrigerator!

House with Pool at Clover Fields Farm

A quiet escape near some of the best restaurants and wineries in the area. 15 minutes from the Hall of Fame. Enjoy the fresh country air and some of the best sunsets you’ll ever see while only minutes from anything you'd need. Feel at home while you’re away from home. A 2 bedroom/1.5 bath converted barn with room for 7 people. Note: Pool and backyard are shared with host. **NO work crews, events or parties** **NO smoking anywhere on the property. You must leave the farm to smoke.**

Acorn Ranch on Avalon Golf Course

Beautiful ranch house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, large family room and living room with fireplace. Heated inground pool. (Pool is open June 1 to Mid September.) Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or a family barbeque on the back deck. Located in between Avalon country club golf course and Dum Dum( the only free golf course in the country). Walking distance to Buhl park and the bike pump tracks. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Cima Palazzo - Mansion on the Hill

In-law suite in quiet upscale neighborhood. I call it Cima Palazzo or Mansion on the Hill. Italian decor. Access to a hot tub and backyard pool. My wife and I live in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner.

Sunset Hill is a premier gateway to experience a mix of simplicity and splendor. Just off of Interstate 79 it is driving distance from Erie, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. This farmhouse getaway offers an escape from the fast-moving metro areas, yet is close to many local attractions. The home features a large back yard with many outdoor games in the summertime and includes a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and much more. Great for families and large groups.
