It is a traditional old house that remains in the Tango region, built as a sericulture farmer's house during the peak period of Tango Chirimen, and as the village headman's residence. 　We want you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in a quiet rural village, in a house that is almost entirely private, with your important family and friends. 　* The host will share the shower with guests for a short time. 　Located in Kyotango City, a "healthy and longevity town" that has recently attracted the attention of the world, many healthy elderly people live in Iguga village. We also offer special Koshihikari rice grown in Igara village and seasonal vegetables harvested in the kitchen garden. 　It is an 8-minute drive from Kyoto Jukan Road and Kyotamba Omiya IC, and is the closest accommodation to the largest beech forest in Northern Kinki, a 15-minute drive from Amanohashidate, a 30-minute drive from Ine no Funaya, and a 30-minute drive from Kyotamba Beach, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. This is a private rental accommodation located next to the historic site of the former Sanjo residence in Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture. The former Sanjo family has prospered in the shipping, silk, and sake industries in Miyazu Castle since the Edo period. It was also the residence of the Edo shogunate patrol officer, and in the Meiji period, it was the residence of Prince Arisugawa Takahito and Prince Komatsu Takahito, and is now designated as an important cultural property by the country. We have rebuilt the annex as an inn, "Miyanaka Kanbei Honten". The name of the house is the same as the sake brewery at the time. The owner carefully selected high-quality flooring and tiles while maintaining the atmosphere of that time, and placed selected sofas, tables, and bar counters in the living room on the ground floor. We have created a space for you to relax and unwind. Please spend your time in a high-quality space while feeling the history and seasonal changes of Miyazu, a port town that has fascinated many people since ancient times. Guests staying at the property will receive a free ticket to the former residence of the Mikami family! You can use it on either your check-in or check-out date. We hope you enjoy the Edo atmosphere. It is an 8-minute drive from Ine no Funaya and a 25-minute drive from Amanohashidate, and a great location for sightseeing in Kyoto.There are also hot springs and beaches nearby. The building is old, but it was renovated 5 years ago. Western-style rooms, toilets, and baths on the first floor. Japanese-style rooms, kitchens, and dining rooms on the second floor. The stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so please be careful because it may be inconvenient for small children and the elderly. The bedroom is a Western-style room (1 double bed) and a Japanese-style room (2 Japanese futons) that can accommodate up to 3 people. It also has a kitchen and laundry so it's good for long-term stays. There is no supermarket, convenience store, or restaurant nearby. There is a long climb 15 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop. It is a very inconvenient place without a car, so please come by your own car or rental car. You can park your car in front of the house. * We will pick you up and drop you off at check-in and check-out for free. Because it is a small car, up to 3 guests, large luggage can not be loaded, so if you can't, we will arrange a taxi for you.

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.
