A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

Limited to one private villa per day. The semi open-air bath with 100% natural hot springs overlooks the Sea of Japan. Enjoy the contrast between the nature of Kyoto and the Sea of Japan, and the slow flowing luxurious time. Relax in the dining room with a spacious countertop kitchen.You can also enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck with a view of the sea. All 3 bedrooms. Please enjoy your time with your family, friends, couples, etc. while also securing a private space. In summer, we also recommend playing in the pool or at the beach, which is just 5 minutes from the inn. 宮津市街中心部に残る築100年の純日本家屋「小粥家」 アンティーク古民具や階段箪笥、長持(布団などを収納する嫁入り道具)が飾られ、昔ながらの日本の暮らしが体験できます。 和貴宮神社裏手に佇み、神社の祝詞が静かに響いてきます。 その先には、2024年1月国の重要文化財に指定された日本最古級の木造教会堂「カトリック宮津教会」があります。 宮津駅から徒歩8分(600m)、海までは5分。スーパー、コンビニ、コインランドリーが徒歩5分圏内にあります。 日本三景·天橋立まで自転車で15分という大変恵まれた立地です。 松並木を走った先にはパワースポットとして名高い「元伊勢籠神社·真名井神社」があります。 伊根の舟屋までは市役所前からバスで約1時間、片道400円でアクセスできます。 古民家のため、家の密閉性はあまりありません。冬は暖房器具を完備していますので寒さはしのげますが、隣家との壁が薄いです。 特に夜間は大きな声や音を出さないよう、よろしくお願いいたします。 家具家財が古いため、10歳未満のお子様のご宿泊はご遠慮ください。 英語対応OK。お気軽にご相談ください。
