Cottage cocconing, tout équipé, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Profiter de moment convivial à la campagne, avec le chant des oiseau, faire des barbecues, se reposer sur la patio fermé.

The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Golf, canoé, vélo, randonnées pédestres. Riche d'histoire, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, sans oublier le fameux restaurant familial du village "chez Mémé"! Maison entièrement équipée, vous avez juste à poser vos valises. Pensez à prolonger votre séjour avec le télétravail j'ai testé c'est vraiment agréable...

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
