Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. For klatrere ligger det flotte feltet for buldring i Matre en 5 minutt kjøretur unna, og en flott storvegg er like ved hytten. The tent is absolutely fantastic. It is clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautiful to stay in. We arrived and Kjetil was there to greet us and shared stories about the history of the land, and his family. He even let us sample some locally brewed beers from a drinking tool that had been in his family for 250 years, as well us supplying us with a bottle of locally brewed beers. Overall, the stay was extremely pleasant and the host equally delightful. Will definitely be recommending.
