We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Bergen and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the sight of the city and fjords was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close enough to explore Bergen easily yet in a peaceful spot where we could relax and take in the scenery. The large windows and outdoor space allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning panoramic views, especially at sunset. The home was spotless with cozy furnishings and all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bergen, staying here made our trip even more special and we would love to return.

What a lovely stay! The farm is so peaceful. We went with friends and our 13 month old daughter who loved seeing the sheep, and running around the yard. The place was fantastic for kids (high chair, crib, toys). We had the best time walking around the property, cooking delicious food, going in the hot tub and we even took the boat out for a special trip! There’s a sauna 10 minutes down the road which was a treat. Easy 1 hour drive from Bergen. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the 5 nights we spent at Kristin's and her family's. The place is charming, it's a small old country house on the shores of a lake, and there are quite a few hikes to do in the area (found on the ut point no website). Kristin took the time with her husband and children to take us to feed the alpacas and goats and answer my many questions about her breeding, it was a very interesting time and the animals are very cute. The house is equipped with everything you need and more; we were even able to make waffles in an electric waffle iron :D Finally, we are very grateful that she trusted us to come with our dog to her farm, as it could be stressful for her animals. Authentic stay 100% recommended

I had a such a peaceful and restorative stay! The host was unbelievably kind and helpful, and the space was perfect for my needs. It was very cozy with nice lighting and candles, a beautiful view, and cute little touches throughout. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare myself food, the bed was very comfortable, and the space is very well thought-out in terms of amenities and space. The location is gorgeous and I went for a few beautiful hikes straight from the Airbnb, with some recommendations from the host. It feels very remote and removed, but the Stanghelle train stop is only a 30 min walk or 5 min drive, so it is very accessible even with public transit. I did not drive so I cannot speak to the parking, but the host very kindly picked me up from the train station and personally showed me how to get into the cabin. I highly recommend this space and host and will be keeping an eye out for when the next door cabin is finished, as well!

We (2 adults, 3 children) had a couple of nice days in Asnake's house. We mainly went hiking, there are a couple of short trails (~5 km) within easy reach by car (15-20 minute ride); you find these trails on openstreetmap. Waterproof shoes (rubber boots) for younger children are recommended, as there is a lot of moor and the soil is drenched. Maybe this was due to a lot of rain during our stay, which unfortunately also kept us from swimming, although there is a nice bathing site in the vicinity (~3 km from the house, see pictures in the ad). Asnake is a very nice guy who showed us around and gave some tips for excursions. We really recommend the nearby Kilstraumen restaurant, which offers a splendid buffet on Sundays for a reasonable price and where you can rent small motorboats or kayaks to cruise through the fjords.

Super great accommodation in a top location! The view on the terrace is fantastic. We were very comfortable in the house. It has excursion and hiking tips ready - very practical! Beautifully furnished house. The contact with the hostess very good and uncomplicated. We would love to come back anytime!

This secluded house was a beautiful stay. The photos didn’t do it justice. The house was so warm, clean and modern. Had everything we needed. The views were amazing and fire well stocked. Highly recommend Bjartes place.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. The house is very secluded, about 15 minutes by car is a small shop(Joker). The house is about 5-10 minutes walking from the parking lot. You have to take the luggage with a Schukarre (is on site) or a (as with us) wagon. We had this information from the comments,a description in the info would be helpful:-) The house is clean and nice and cozy. There is hot running water ( rainwater! No drinking water, this must be taken with you) There is a small boathouse nearby, at Erlend you can rent a boat hobby 5.20 m with a wheelchair and 60 hp engine. We went fishing with it and did nice tours. I had a very nice time here with my children :-)
