Velkommen til Nautaneset! Opprinnelig en gammel husmannsplass som nå er tatt i bruk som fritidsbolig. Hytten ligger usjenert til ved Sævareidsfjorden med vei helt frem. Her får du tilgang til et sjarmerende gammelt hus, store grøntområder, gode bademuligheter, stangfiskemuligheter og et naust med tilgang til kajakker, fiskeutstyr, uteleker, bålpanne og utemøbler. Utenfor naustet er det en stor platting og vedfyrt badestamp. Området er barne- og dyrevennlig. Vann fra brønn, drikkevann fra tank.

An incredibly charming and very simple property which boasts the ocean at the propertyfront. A peaceful location situated a 30 minutes drive from Bergen city center, and 20 minutes by car from the airport. You can drive all the way to the property. The cabin is 100 years old, and has an old boathouse in the basement as well as an old outbuilding used for storage purposes. You will find basic fishing equipment at the property. Straight from the ocean and onto the dinnertable within minutes.

A small apartment for those who need a place one night or two or even a whole week. No luxury, but If you go out the door you can take the morning bath in the sea. Catch your own dinner from the pier. The apartment consists of bathroom and living room. It is a double bed in the living room and you can fall asleep looking at the fjord and wake up watching the sunrise. Maybe you see salmon jumping in the surface of the fjord. Vår Airbnb har overnatting for to personer i <queen bed> og en person ved spisekroken. Utstyrt med kjøkken og bad. Internett-tilgang. Sengeklær og håndklær er inkludert i leien. Vi står for utvask. Røyking og dyr er ikke tillatt. Det går hurtigbåt mellom Bergen/Flesland og Rosendal. Parker gjerne bilen i tunet.

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.
